It’s been a busy (and long!) term and though we’ve only had an ever smaller window of light each day, we’ve tried to give the children who want to a chance to let off steam outdoors. But we’ve also had lots of cosy activities indoors for them and a new winter menu including hot soups and pasta.
We celebrated Fireworks, Divali and Children in Need with special activities and we’ve made winter wreaths and the ever-popular Hama beads. We’ve given the children a choice to relax with a movie some days or curl up in our book corner with a good book.
