Thank you for your interest in the Towerbank After School Club Summer Holiday Club 2024.
If your child is not a Registered Member of TASC already, please go to our Registrations page and fill out the information and permission forms here: https://towerbankafterschoolclub.org.uk/tasc-registration-form-2024-2025/
If this is your child's first Holiday Club for the academic year please also pay £15 (per child) Annual Holiday Club Administration Fee (this covers your child for this Holiday Clubs and the year begins again for October Holiday Club 2024).
Please pay (all fees) by BACS to Towerbank After School Club, 80-22-60 / 24891068 quoting your child's surname as reference.
[The admin fee only applies to non-TASC members, there is no need to pay this if you already paid an annual TASC Membership fee for After School/Breakfast Club.]
Once you have registered add your child's name below before selecting your sessions. Places will not be allocated without Registration form and fee paid. Thank you
Places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis, (with consideration given to any specific additional support requirements, and priority given to children attending Towerbank Primary School). The number of spaces per session is dependent on staffing/travel/activity restrictions.
Deadline for applications is 31st May 2024. After this, allocations will be made and offers will be sent out. The booking will only be secured and confirmed when you have replied to the offer email (within 5 school days of receipt of offer email) and paid the invoiced fees:
£15.50 per half day session or £31 per day (plus an additional £8 surcharge for some special trips or activities that are more expensive to run, indicated on the individual listings below).
There may be changes to the program below due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, however if an event has to be changed TASC will swap it for a similar activity and inform you of any changes.
All weather clothing, lots of water and a nut-free packed lunch (where relevant) should be provided by parents/carers for each session.
Please let us know in advance if your child will not be attending a booked session. The Club cannot give refunds for any booked sessions that a child does not attend.
Friday sessions can only be provided if a core number of children are booked in (12+) and TASC will inform applicants for Fridays if those sessions are running or not and what activities will be on offer after the 31st May deadline.
